Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations are the responsibility of the person booking the class and can be made via private message or the website. Class cancellations can be made up to12 hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Clients who pre-book a class but cancel the booking less than 12 hours prior to the class start time will forfeit their class and the credit will not be returned to your account for this missed class. In exceptional circumstances we will waive our cancellation policy. Exceptional circumstances include self or direct family in hospital, death in direct family and natural disasters. Direct family refers to parents, siblings, spouse and children. In any circumstance other than these, the cancellation will not be waived. Fluctuations in traffic/day-to-day work/school/social/family schedules do not constitute and are not considered exceptional circumstances.
